Shawarma Roll @ Kebbeh

After the long shopping day with my bestie, while getting back home, I stumbled across a food outlet- Kebbeh at Aundh. It was indeed the best rescue from incessant rains at that very moment, on much persistent request of my sister we ordered for ‘Shawarma Roll’. It happened to be one of the most running food items of the outlet.

In Arabic, ‘shawarma’ is a verb that means, “to turn.” Thin slices of meat — commonly chicken, beef, lamb, or goat — are arranged on the spit in a cone-shape, with the wide end on top.

The roll was served in one of the most tempting ways. Served in two different plates, the quantity sufficed for two of us. One plate was full of the main stuff: Roasted chicken chopped vegetable and garnished with mayo, red chilli & garlic sauce. Second plate was with two thin white flour chappatis.
It gave a balanced taste of spices, slightly chilly and creamy.

All in all the day ended on a Tasty note ;)
