                           Weekend Cooking: Fish Curry


Marination process:
For 1kg fish you will require:

  • 2 spoon curd
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Tumeric powder
  • Mustard powder
  • Chilli powder


    Marinated Fish
    Method:
    Mix it and dip each piece of fish in it leave it for half and hr. Then take a non stick pan and add 2 tablespoon oil. Shallow fry the fish in it till it turns golden brown.

    Shallow Fried Fish
    For Gravy:

    For making gravy 4 onions, 4 green chillies, 6 to 8 garlic cloves grind them and cook the mixture in a pan. Add 4 tablespoon curd to it and let boil come to the curry. Then add shallow fried fish to it and wait again till the boil comes.



      Your fish curry is now ready to be served !!
